What I liked

The culture of the company was incredible. The company really values its employees and treated the interns very well. It was such a fun summer because of the experiences that we were able to have with the intern class inside and outside of the company. My team was also incredible. They gave me a lot of projects to work on and I was able to learn and grow a lot. There are lots of opportunities for mentorship and networking. I had access to a lot of people who I could always ask questions whenever I needed help.

What I wish was different

I wish there was a little bit more of a structure to my project. The program is what you make of it. It was focused on self-managed projects. However, as an intern, it would've been nice to have a little more guidance some times.

Advice

When you're interviewing with them, they really value personality and culture fit. Technical skills can always be taught but culture and those people skills aren't as easy to teach. Let your personality show during interviews!
